Dr. Shiffman, M.D. has practiced as a Family Physician for almost thirty years. In addition to his extensive experience as a family physician, Dr. Shiffman has over 20 years experience in performing Non Scalpel Vasectomies and Mogen Clamp Circumcisions. Dr. Shiffman is a fully certified Mohel and has performed Brit Milah (ritual circumcisions) for Jewish communities in Alberta , British Columbia, and Ontario. Dr. Shiffman graduated from Medicine at the University of Saskatchewan in 1983 and subsequently completed a residency in Family Medicine. He has also been an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto and was  involved in undergraduate teaching.
